When you send a request, this website records the contact details, service location, equipment information, product preferences, and message you provide. Phoenix Vending Pro uses that information to review and respond to your request.

What the website stores

Inquiry records are stored in the website’s hosted database. A one-way identifier derived from your email and network address is used to limit repeated submissions. Product catalog selections are kept in your browser’s session storage as a temporary draft. The vending builder saves your product layout in this browser’s local storage so you can return to it; use Clear in the builder to remove those choices. Your builder layout is also included in the request link so it can carry into your inquiry. These drafts contain product choices, not your contact details.

Contacting the team

When email notifications are enabled, we send the request details to the Phoenix Vending Pro team through our email delivery provider, Resend. This includes your contact details, location, message, questionnaire answers, and equipment or product preferences. The optional email button opens your email application with a copy of your request. You choose whether to send that email. Call and email links use your device’s applications.
